Here's Something You Don't See Every Day

(Thank goodness!)

She's still the best one in her row.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!

(Update - for all those who asked it's from Heartbreakers a 2001 caper-romantic comedy film starring Sigourney Weaver and Jennifer Love Hewitt as a mother-daughter con artist team. Roger Ebert gave it 3 stars and Danny Elfman wrote the theme tune. It also features John Lennon's "Oh My Love").

  2. This has nearly killed the affection I've harboured for SW every since watching her dance with Mel Gibson in The Year of Living Dangerously. Is this "irony" or is it just bad? The band's good, though.

  3. This is a breath of fresh air after struggling through a half-hour of 'The Total Balalaika" talk about a complete freak show of ersatz Ruskie Americana. It was like a David Lynch bad acid trip with the Baltic Beach Boys and KGB Clap or Siberia for You All-Star Band.
