Firstly, I never...A couple of points in response -<br /><br />Firstly, I never realised that it had anything to do with monkey sex.<br /><br />Secondly, I too am flummoxed at why it works so well because it is in there quite highly with Macca's lazy lyrics. As you say though, where could it have gone from that one verse?<br /><br />I think what you've said about the phrasing and placing of the lyrics though is a big factor with the song working. Some of his "lazy songs" have the same lyrics repeated over and over again but with no change this way, which is why they can be irritating.
